Consolidated Installation & Tooling

Version 4.0 collapses four separate CLI installs into one: npx ruflo@latest init now bootstraps orchestration, memory, and intelligence in a single pass. That drops the setup from 15 manual steps to 10 automated ones, and cuts the number of redundant or domain-specific plugins from 15 down to 6 focused packages. Memory, Intelligence & Isolation

Three capabilities that didn't exist in v3.4.1 ship by default in v4.0: Beads for git-native cross-session memory, GitNexus for a queryable knowledge graph of your codebase, and native git worktree isolation so each agent works in its own sandboxed branch without stepping on another agent's changes. Focused Plugin Set

Rather than shipping every possible plugin, v4.0 keeps six that cover the day-to-day loop: Agentic QE, Code Intelligence, Test Intelligence, Perf Optimizer, Teammate, and Gastown Bridge.
